"Performance" today means monitoring and SLO coverage, not latency or throughput analysis. As coverage grows we will update this list. Your order form states the same scope.

How it works

Scoping call and order form. We confirm scope and fee, you sign a one-page order form (read a sample), and payment is made before any files are sent.
You run three read-only scripts and read the output files before sending. About 30 minutes of an engineer's time.
You upload through a single-use link. We check the data and tell you the same day if something is missing, with the exact fix.
We analyze and review. The analysis is rule-based and every report is reviewed by a person before you see it.
You get the report within 5 business days of a complete, valid set of files, through an expiring link, and then the readout.

What we collect, and what we never ask for

Collected

Billing totals by service and project, log volume in bytes, monitoring and alert configuration, SLO configuration, and a short list of your important user journeys.

Never collected

Log text, application data, database contents, secrets, credentials, personal data, payment-card data, or any access to your environment. We redact secret-like values and reject files that contain card numbers.

Your files are stored in a private, isolated project and deleted when the engagement is complete and in any case within 30 days of upload. Our copy of the report is deleted 30 days after the readout. Details are in Section 3A of the Privacy Policy.

Price and fit

$2,450

Fixed fee. One audit of the projects you choose.

$1,500

Founding rate for our first two clients, in exchange for an honest written testimonial if you are satisfied.

Good fit: a GCP bill of about $4,000 a month or more, with at least 14 continuous days of Cloud Billing export to BigQuery. If export is not on yet, we schedule you for the first eligible day.
Smaller bill? Ask about the Cloud Run, Stripe and Cloudflare health check instead.
If we are late or the work turns out to be outside the agreed scope, we refund the unperformed portion of the fee.

Not included: changes to your systems (you decide, test and implement), a savings guarantee, a security audit, or a compliance opinion. Reports are estimates from the data you supply and are not exhaustive.

Questions

We can do this ourselves.

You probably can. The question is whether it gets staffed, finished, and turned into a plan that finance and engineering both trust. We give you a deadline and a finished decision, and your team stays on the roadmap.

Do you need access to our Google Cloud environment?

No. You run the scripts, you read the output, and you send it. We never ask for access, and we recommend only; you decide, test and implement.

Why does the report not just copy Google's Recommender?

You already have those signals, and today's audit does not use them. It reads your billing export, log volume, monitoring configuration and SLOs, and ranks what it finds by evidence, effort and risk, with a 30/60/90-day plan. Utilization-based findings (idle and over-provisioned resources) are on the list above as not yet covered, and we will say so here when they exist.

Is the analysis done by AI?

The analysis and the report text are produced by software rules and templates, and we do not send your files to an AI model. A person reviews every report before delivery.
