These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Oculix LLC ("Oculix," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding any API key issued to you and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at info@oculix.net if you believe a key has been compromised.
Free tier access is subject to the quota limits published on our pricing pages at the time of signup and may be adjusted, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion with 30 days' notice where practicable.
You agree not to use the Services to:
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law; contact info@oculix.net with any billing questions.
You retain all rights to content you submit to the Services. We retain all rights to the Services themselves, including underlying software, models, and infrastructure.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Current operational status is published at oculix.io/status. We do not currently offer a formal uptime SLA.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OCULIX LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU ARE ON A FREE TIER.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use section above, with or without notice as circumstances warrant.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
